THE BEGINNING
Following a meeting between Alexy and Yanick, executive chef of Yuzu Sushi, an idea germinated. It all started with their common desire to have an impact on food waste by working together.

Thus, the team has set itself the goal of collectively creating a drink from unsold products from the food industry, with the particularity of being in the colors of Yuzu Sushi. To achieve this goal, the team members had to get creative!

Lemonade
From there was born the first sparkling lemonade made with real unsold fruit at Yuzu in the country! A lemonade that can be tasted in all Yuzu Sushi in Quebec.

Lime Yuzu Cocktail
Instructions :
- Fill a glass halfway with ice.
- In a shaker, add 1,5 oz of vodka and 1 oz of lime juice with a few ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Pour the vodka mixture into the half-filled glass with ice.
- Fill the glass with 3 oz of sparkling yuzu lemonade.
- Garnish the glass with a slice of lime and serve immediately.
